Receptionist and Administrative Assistant

Job Description:
  • Receive and transfer phone calls, faxes, mail and bills.
  • Responsibility for filling and documenting correspondences.
  • Responsibility for internal meeting logistics arrangements.
  • Stationary, inventory and office Management.
  • Responsible for science House reservations schedule.
 
Minimum requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Administration, management or any relevant field.
  • At least one year experience in a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent Research skills.
  • Good command of English language.
  • Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge in Accounting and Finance.
 
Minimum Skills and attributes
  • Manage and work under pressure.
  • Logical thinking with problem-solving ability.
  • Planning and time management skills.
  • Handle sensitive situations and confidential information in a mature and discreet manner.
  • Be well organized and has a high degree of attention to details.
