Al Nayzak Organization Conducts Its Annual Meeting For The Year 2023

Al Nayzak Organization conducted on Wednesday and Thursday 15-16/03/2023  its annual meeting to present and discuss its updated strategic plan and future goals for the upcoming years. The meeting was attended by all teams and employees of the organization’s centers and branches.

During the meeting, the strategic plan goals for the years 2023-2025 were discussed in details. As proposed the plan will focus on depth of impact and geographic expansion, excellence in learning, digitization of the organization’s processes, tech employability, embedding environmental responsibility in modus operandi, organizational agility, sustainability and self-reliance as well as gender equality.

In addition, activities and discussions were conducted during the meeting with the aim to develop work efficiency and exchange ideas to better improve internal and external processes.

The meeting was concluded with a discussion and training to improve the work environment for all the organization’s teams.
