AlNayzak Organization is a non-profit, non- partisan, and unique organization that looks for young talents in science, technology, entrepreneurship, engineering, and math (STEEM), and plants an ambitious vision in the hearts of our community: “An Innovative society, capable of producing original scientific knowledge, integrated with sustainable development”.

Position Definition

The Program Manager will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring successful project delivery. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of managing complex projects from initiation to completion.

 

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Full responsibility for developing detailed project plans, including timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
  • Full responsibility for executing project activities in line with established plans, ensuring adherence to project scope, budget, and quality standards.
  • Full responsibility for writing analytical/strategic papers, prepare work plans and progress reports.
  • Full responsibility for assisting in day-to-day management and implementation of all programatic operations and monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful completion.
  • Full responsibility for maintaining effective communication channels to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project.
  • Full responsibility for overseeing the implementation of the different activities and events related to the intervention.
  • Full responsibility for contributing to knowledge sharing and dissemination of best practices within the organization and with external stakeholders.
  • Full responsibility for ensuring the smooth coordination of project teams, including trainers, educators, and other relevant personnel.
  • Full responsibility for participating in fundraising and proposal writing.
  • Full responsibility for assisting in producing marketing materials as necessary under different topics.
  • Full responsibility for assisting in managing all public relations events and coordination for the organization (media outreach and contacts, audio-visual support, etc).
  • Full responsibility for submitting budget projections for the upcoming periods.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or any related specialization required.
  • Master’s Degree (MBA) is a plus.
  • At least four years relevant work experience, preferably in a Local/ International NGO.
  • knowledge and understanding of quality education principles, STEM, TVET and STEAM approaches
  • Fluency in English both verbal and written

  • Excellent organization and time management.
  • management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Highly committed, able to work under pressure, adapt to new situations, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office.
