The applicant must demonstrate willingness to commit to the program throughout its entire course, and attend all meetings and training workshops.

• The applicants must not be older than 17 years old by the time of application submission
• The applicant must be Palestinian and living in the West Bank, Jerusalem, or Gaza.
• The applicant must have a feasible and applicable project or an idea of a project in scientific fields.
• The applicant must apply with only one project.
• All projects must be individual projects (no partners).
• The project must not have participated in any contest or exhibition in previous years, and must not participate in any other contests or exhibitions in 2015/2016
• In case of a supervising teacher, the teacher must be from the same school.
• Teachers may supervise up to two projects only.
• Applicants must have good command of English, and must be familiar with using internet
• Applicants must express readiness to travel abroad in case they won the contest
