The applicant must be a Palestinian living in Jerusalem.

Applicants must be in 9 and 10 grades.

The applicant must have above average academic record for the last three years.

Applicants must have good command of English, and must be familiar with using internet.

Applicants must show commitment to attend all program session.

Applicants must express readiness and commitment to travel abroad.
