For strengthening the participation of women and young female youth in STEM fields

Al Nayzak aspires to contribute to the development process in the Palestinian society through implementing various programs and activities all across the Palestinian Territory, and believes that promoting gender equality is the cornerstone of sustainable development processes. Therefore, Al Nayzak seeks to secure a real and effective participation of women, especially in the scientific and technological fields on which future careers are based, as a strategic and practical step towards empowering and supporting them to excel and take a leading role in the world of creativity and technology.

“STEM Girls” program for strengthening the participation of women and young female youth in STEM fields aims to:

• Encourage and motivate young girls (aged 14-16 years) to participate in STEM education and innovation.
• Empower young girls through creating awareness about financial literacy, economic independence and innovation.
• Provide young girls with the knowledge and tools needed to employ the newest technologies to develop their own projects, while taking into consideration the future of jobs
